Meeting rooms

Aarhus Airport offers a selection of new and bright meeting rooms that are furnished in a Nordic style and equipped with HAY furniture that ensures extra comfort.

The meeting rooms are equipped with modern AV equipment, which is easy and simple to use.

Friheden:

In our smallest meeting room, there is room for 8 people.

Isbjerget:

In our second largest meeting room, there is room for 12 people.

The Lounge:

With a formidable view of the runway, you are guaranteed the best view in the entire airport. Follow the air traffic and enjoy the beautiful green surroundings of East Jutland from The Lounge.

The Lounge offers a projector setup where you can connect your computer to. In this room there is room for a maximum of 80 people.

When booking meeting rooms, we naturally provide water, tea and coffee. In addition, it is possible to order a larger selection of food and drinks – we just need to be informed about this in advance.

Full day: DKK 2,500
Rent of the Lounge: DKK 4,000
